Protect Your Mug with CerActive

Today was the first snow in Baltimore City. We got about an inch and a half. Winter weather takes a lot out of your skin. The combination of cold, wind and heat end up robbing your skin of moisture. I need a heavy enough cream that moisturizes throughout the day but doesn't break me out. Right now, I don't have a regular everyday moisturizer, so I was eager to test out CellCeuticals CerActive Active Moisture + Barrier Repair Skin Treatment ($47.50 for 2 fl. oz). The cream replenishes essential barrier lipids, humectants and anti-irritants to strengthen the skin's water-lipid barrier while providing hydration. I apply this after the PhotoDefense Anti-PhotoAging Daily Skin Protector SPF 55+/PA +++ has mostly absorbed. It provides a smoother, silky layer that isn't greasy and instantly quenches the most parched skin. I had no problems with it breaking me out and I have fairly sensitive skin. It's unscented and is generally working really well for me. I've said it before, but I love this brand. Their products are effective, a little on the expensive side, but worth it in the end.

face candy grade: A+
