Review: Korres Raspberry Antioxidant Liquid Lipstick
I was just on the Korres website, and I originally thought it was pronounced "Kores" but it's apparently "Kor-rez." You learn something new every day I suppose. I recently tried the Raspberry Antioxidant Liquid Lipstick ($22) in 25 Natural. Let me first note that online, the swatch for 25 Natural appears to be a fleshy peachy pink color. In reality, it's a medium/deep rose tone. I also bought a concealer in Medium, but it turned out to be way too light for my skin, so I gave it to my mom.
Lesson: Be cautious when trusting color swatches online. They are not always accurate.
The lipstick is described as a water-based liquid lipstick with the creamy texture of a gloss and the long-lasting finish of a lipstick. I like the initial color and shine when applied, it feels moisturizing and creamy, but it only lasts for half an hour, tops. Then it leaves you completely bare lipped. For $22 it's a pretty big disappointment.
