Real Techniques Makeup Brushes

The Real Techniques line was created by famous makeup artist, Sam Chapman, pixiwoo. The brushes are made of Taklon, are 100% synthetic and cruelty-free. They are lightweight and they stand up by themselves. The website is really cool there are lots of tutorials for different looks and each brush.

I can't believe the Expert Face Brush is only $9! I 100% love it, it's soft and it lets you really buff the foundation into your skin. It's the perfect size and fits under your eyes and in the corners of your nose and it works for powder and blush too. I'm not a big fan of "paddle" type foundation brushes, this is my new favorite.

The Shading Brush ($6) is a great staple. I use it to gently buff concealer under my eyes after foundation. It blurs everything in very nicely. It's also great for eyeshadow of course.
